ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Ben Meyer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
- Prospect, quote, and sell property and casualty insurance policies (e.g., auto, homeowners, renters, commercial property, general liability).
- Prospect, quote, and sell life and health insurance policies.
- Follow up on leads and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- Outbound calling experience preferred
- People-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task

You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
